Gavin Nathanson

Prior to commencing a career in law, Gavin spent a number of years in the electronics industry, ultimately working for a multi-national distributor. On transitioning to law, Gavin qualified in a large US law firm in 2002 giving him over 20 years post qualified experience. Gavin later went on to become the General Counsel for Europe and Asia for the multi-national money broker, followed by a General Counsel position for a credit derivatives operation based out of Qatar.

With a keen interest in business, Gavin has advised companies in a wide range of market sectors, as well as sizes ranging from start-ups to public companies and sits on the board of a number of organisations, assisting them grow from start-up to exit.

Gavin is able to advise on a broad range of areas, from corporate and commercial to intellectual property, including software licensing, supply arrangements and related matters.

He is also sought after and experienced as a company director. Gavin’s background ensures clients benefit from his legal skills and experience but also commercial acumen.
