Karen qualified as a solicitor in 2010 after completing her Law Degree in 2008 at Northumbria University with a First Class Honours. Karen concluded her training contract at a large local firm and moved up to become a Partner/Director. More recently Karen moved to a Consultancy role at a national Consultancy Network.

Specialist areas of practice

Karen deals with all aspects of Commercial Property. Her experience and specialisms include :-

acquisitions and disposals of industrial and manufacturing sites, offices and retail premises,

land development including promotion agreements, option agreements and conditional contracts,

leasehold work including drafting and negotiating leases, surrenders and licences,

commercial finance including funding for acquisitions, developments and portfolio refinancing,

acting for pension trustees within SIPP and SSAS structures on the purchase, sale and letting of pension invested commercial property.
