Francis started his career at a multinational bank providing support to financial consultants overseeing due diligence and risk management. He completed his training in Corporate, Property and Commercial law in 2019 having previously trained in the niche field of financial irregularities.
Francis is a Consultant corporate and commercial solicitor with 7 years combined experience spanning alternative dispute resolution, litigation, repudiatory breach, negotiation, landlord and tenant matters, debt recovery and enforcement. He is a multidisciplinary professional, adept at effectively addressing conflicts in addition to leveraging varied expertise to drive successful outcomes and nuanced solutions.
Whilst some clients prefer to be led by their solicitors, he believes clients are better served when they understand the reasoning behind his advice. He also brings real-world experience having run several businesses and utilises his experiences to provide advice from a commercial view rather than a purely legal perspective, especially in the minefield of dispute resolution.
