We have an in-house business development manager and a new business team that passes on referrals/leads to our lawyers. We also have a strong marketing team that will help you generate leads using SEO and Digital Media. However, it is important to be self-sufficient and that is why we will sit down with you and create a business plan for you and support you with workshops to help you generate leads and develop your introducers. Our workshops teach you how to business develop but also make the most out of your social media and network. We also have bi-monthly networking events that we host to help you network with our lawyers internally and also some of their introducers. We have monthly Partner meetings and we encourage collaboration between our Partners. We also have an annual conference for you to attend where you can network with members across the group. 

Our Partners are covered by our comprehensive indemnity insurance policy.

We are confident that you will develop a successful and thriving practice with us. We do not impose exclusivity, allowing our consultants the freedom to explore diverse opportunities. However, we do have an expectation that you will bill a minimum of £70,000 per annum in your second year with us.

We are about to embark on the world’s leading case management systems. We do not charge you for any licence fees and we do not have any hidden costs passed on to you.

Absolutely, yes. As long as they meet our criteria, you are able to either bring your existing team with you to us or grow your own team with us. We have specialist recruitment teams in-house that can help recruit a team for you, whether it is paralegals, trainees or qualified Solicitors, we have it covered for you.

Yes, we do. We have junior associates that you could collaborate with or we could have paralegals that can support you on demand and you keep 40% of their fees.

Yes, we do. We will cover all your IT needs directly relating to any services you provide to us. This will include all software issues or login issues, and does not include any hardware faults.

We have built systems that help you monitor and manage your revenue and this data is transaparent and could be shared if you wanted to.
