David began his legal career at Macfarlanes, qualifying as a solicitor in 1988, and went on to work with several leading City and West End law firms, including Baker & McKenzie, Mishcon de Reya, and Stephenson Harwood. From 2004 to 2010, he headed the Company and Commercial Department at a seven-partner firm in Clerkenwell, before co-founding and managing a boutique two-partner firm in Soho between 2010 and 2018. Throughout his career, David has built a reputation as a trusted advisor, known for his sharp analytical skills, commercial acumen, and ability to guide clients through complex legal challenges.

David holds a Master of Arts in Law from Trinity Hall, Cambridge University, where he built the foundation for his distinguished legal career.
