Guy has advised on a broad variety of public markets transactions and has extensive experience in problem solving, deal structuring and documentation. His expertise and experience both as an adviser and as a client has given him an excellent foundation upon which to provide practical input and project management acumen in a situation to achieve swift, pragmatic and effective solutions, whatever the transaction or problem. 

After training at a Magic Circle law firm, qualifying in 1987, Guy practiced as a corporate and capital markets solicitor before moving into investment banking, principally focused on smaller and medium sized businesses. Guy has worked on a broad variety of IPOs, refinancing's, takeovers, acquisitions and mergers and restructurings. Guy has also been a Director of a number of quoted and regulated businesses and has extensive knowledge of the legal and regulatory requirements of such businesses and the documentation involved in a broad variety of public markets and private transactions – both as a client and as an adviser.
