Judith Rhule specialises in Employment Law. Judith qualified as a Solicitor in 1999 and has spent most of her career as an in-house Solicitor, providing practical and commercial advice and representation to organisations in the care, charity and housing sectors.

She has a wealth of experience in advising and representing individuals as well as small and large companies. Judith can advise on the financial aspects of employment tribunal claims including the costs implications. 


Judith is noted for her client care and has a proven record of providing the best results for her client, whether that is in pre-litigation negotiations, employment litigation or settlement agreements.

Judith's core specialist areas include:


  • Vast knowledge in drafting legal pleadings for all employment tribunal claims. 


  • Claims under the Equality Act 2010, and constructive and unfair dismissal claims.


  • Redundancies and TUPE claims


  • Provide advice on settlement agreements and negotiate with the other side so that her clients receive the best possible outcome


  • Assist clients by drafting letters for each stage of the  disciplinary and grievance process, preparing questions for investigation interviews, preparing bespoke contracts and policies, undertaking the due diligence exercise in TUPE transactions, drafting without prejudice conversation scripts, negotiating and drafting settlement agreements. 


  • Training workshops and coaching to HR managers and Line managers.


  • Advise managers on employment law developments.
