- Fundraising documentation and negotiation on behalf of companies and investors (friends and family rounds, seed funding, angel investments and series rounds).
- Drafting and negotiating Memorandums of Understanding and/or term sheets (for proof of concept discussions, VC investment, shareholder arrangements)
- Shareholder arrangements and managing non-litigious shareholder disputes.
- M&A (acquisitions, acqui-hires, disposals, share for share exchanges, cross-border transactions, joint ventures, management buy-outs)
